We are getting new vinyl siding and a new roof! Right now we have wood siding and needles to say it is starting to fall/crumble apart. Our roof looks like it’s got waves on it because it is that old. When we bought our house we were told that it had a new roof…yeah not so much. We might have another year on it but since we have the money now I think it would be best to go ahead and replace it because we will probably not have the money in a year. I am sure that it would get used on something else. 
If anyone that reads this knows me at all they know that I don’t really like to spend money. Even though we are getting the new roof and siding I just hate to write that check. But they are doing it and so I will write the check, they are actually starting on the roof Wednesday! It is going to be like we are getting a new house! Of course since the outside is going to look so good we are going to start doing improvements on the inside too! I am going to take some pics and post before and after pictures!
